A Fresh Start
It’s a new quarter – hooray! Did you tick off all that you planned for Q1 of 2025?
Oops. Sorry if your shoulders are now slumping like mine! I feel like I’ve had a miserable start to the year – routines went out the window, healthy eating was hit and miss, overcommitment saw too much weekend work, and my energy was at grumpy level!
Review Your Goals Anyway
But this week I did remember to review my goals for the quarter and was pleasantly surprised that I could tick off some items and progress others. It’s a good feeling to know it hasn’t all been chaos! Despite the busyness of work and life, the quarterly reset is essential for achieving your long term goals.
The next thing I did was look at my business and personal priorities from the start of this year, and thought about what I need to change to ensure they are being addressed. Poor habits I have had through Q1 don’t have to be continued into Q2.
A new quarter is a chance to build on the previous, or shake it off altogether! Take advantage of the 90 day cycle to build the business and life you want.
